Course Highlights: This 2-day course includes classroom theory and four open water dives. It providing responsible and conservative training to divers who plan to dive to depths between 100 and 130 feet. Confined water practice focuses on buoyancy control, reel and lift bag use, pony bottle familiarity, and stress management exercises. Two of the open water dives will be conducted to a depth 130 feet.

Prerequisites:
Students must be 15 years or older and hold at least an Advanced Open Water Diver certification or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 open water dives. Additionally, it's recommended that students be certified as a Nitrox (EANx) Diver or take this course in conjunction with a nitrox course. Nitrox is used for decompression/simulation of stops, and dives are conducted using air tables or air computers.
