All course deposits are fully refundable, or they may be applied to other courses.

Once your tuition is paid, and you drop out of a course or are terminated by Dive USA for any reason, refunds will be made as follows:

• All of your money will be refunded if the application is not accepted by Dive USA or if you cancel within three (3) business days after signing the Enrollment Agreement. If you do not request cancellation by the scheduled starting date you will be considered a student.

• Dive USA must receive your request to cancel in writing. Your official date of termination is the last day of you actually attend unless written notice is received by Dive USA.

• We will make all refunds within thirty (30) days of your cancellation or termination.

• If you cancel after three (3) business days after signing the Enrollment Agreement, but before instruction begins, you will be refunded all of the money you paid, less a $25.00 administrative fee.

• If you voluntarily terminate, or if you are dismissed by Dive USA you will receive a refund pro-rated on an hourly basis. However, you will receive no refunds once 50% or more of the program is completed.
