You should also understand that Dive USA is no "cookie cutter" instructor school. It
is true that we offer ostensibly the same courses as other schools such as our Rescue, Divemaster, Pro
I (IDC), and Pro II (Advanced Instructor). However these courses
are different. Our mission isn't to put you through a standardized course as quickly as possible so
you can get a card that says "PADI Instructor." At Dive USA you'll learn that becoming a scuba
instructor means more than just passing a test. And yes, you'll work a little harder and a little
longer than if you go somewhere else. But here, you'll also learn what you really need to know to
succeed in a very tough and competitive field and we'll help you start preparing at home with our
Home Study Manual. We'll also give you the time you need to adsorb
what we teach you, enough time to rest, and the time to apply what you've learned to real-world
circumstances.
The quality of our faculty is another reason I'd like you to
consider Dive USA. Here, you'll be taught by seasoned experts, not neophytes or amateurs who
merely dabble in the diving industry as a hobby. Our credo is: "To become a professional, you
must learn from professionals." We earn our living in diver education. What we do here isnÕt a
side-line to selling equipment in a store or running a dive resort. We are a school and we teach
diving!
I sincerely hope that when it comes time to make such an important decision as to where
to begin your career, you'll chose us. I believe that anything in life that's worth doing is worth
doing right. If you agree, then there really is no other choice but Dive USA.
Safe Diving,
Alex Brylske, Director
School of Professional Development
